I started in high-volume transactional sales and worked my way into leadership, RevOps, and strategic advisory. Along the way I've hired 500+ salespeople, built a salesforce from 0 to 120 employees, and held quota-carrying roles in SaaS, fintech, construction tech, and energy.

My approach is structured but not rigid. I use frameworks like MEDDPICC, LARC, and the Three C's because they work โ€” not because they sound impressive. Every engagement starts with data and ends with results you can put on a slide.

Currently Head of Sales & Partner at Byggeprojekt.dk (acquired by Pro4All, Netherlands), where I'm responsible for individual quota, team management, and strategic decisions at regional and group level.
