Short version: I collect as little as possible, only use it to run this site and talk to you, and never sell it.

Who is responsible

The data controller for kim-olsen.com is Brinvik, run by Kim Olsen.

Questions or requests about your data go to the same email.

Booking a call

When you book a call, your name, email, optional company and message are sent to my Google Calendar to create the meeting and send you an invite. They are not stored anywhere else on this site. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

The AI assistant

Messages you write to the assistant are processed by Anthropic (Claude) to generate answers and stored in my database (Supabase) so I can improve the answers. Please don't share sensitive personal data in the chat.

Analytics

Only if you click Accept: anonymous visit statistics (pages and sections viewed, time on page, country from your IP address, not the IP itself) and Microsoft Clarity session insights. If you decline, none of this runs. Vercel Web Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics run without cookies and count visits in aggregate.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing kim@brinvik.com. You can also complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency).
